Natus Vincere have secured the bronze at DreamHack Summer 2011, taking home approximately €1,120.
Starting the third-place decider on de_train, Na´Vi quickly worked their way up to a fashionable lead, while ESC Gaming snatched five rounds when the first half-time concluded (10-5).
Switching sides, ESC Gaming got off to the better start, engraving their name on the first three rounds. However, Natus Vincere quickly struck back and tied them up.
Meanwhile, after the tie-up, ESC Gaming gained momentum and shot past the Ukrainian powerhouse, securing more and more rounds to take the match in for overtime.
During the overtime, ESC Gaming managed to claim the first round, but the rest belonged to Natus Vincere, who closed it at 19-16.
Moving on to de_tuscan, the teams started out by fighting round for round, but eventually, Natus Vincere kicked in and sealed the first half-time at 10-5.
After switching sides, Natus Vincere claimed the first rounds and gained the advantage. However, after the three-round mark, ESC Gaming retaliated.
Retaliation or not, the Scandinavian team failed to exploit their win from the following round, and their opponents secured the win at 16-6.
Next up is the DreamHack MSI Championship Grand Final, which will see SK Gaming and mTw fight it out at approximately 21:00 CET.
